ORDER DISPATCH
Typically, our orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days after processing. However, please allow us an additional 1-2 days to process your order before shipping.
- Some unique or pre-order items might require more time to dispatch. In such cases, customers will be informed.
- We dispatch all orders with a mandatory signature upon delivery.
- Kindly be informed that we only dispatch orders on weekdays (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Philippine Standard Time).
Note: Please remember that business days exclude weekends and Philippine holidays.
DELIVERY TIMES AND MONITORING
Your deliveries will be made via the courier of your choice. For updates on your shipment's whereabouts, customers are advised to contact the selected courier directly (J&T).
After dispatching your order, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you. If you don't receive this email, feel free to reach out to us at support@nasalite.ph.
SHIPPING FEES, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Customers bear the costs of shipping, duties, and taxes. We reserve the right to refuse a return if there are duties and taxes charged to us that remain unpaid.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. This applies to situations like undeliverable or refused shipments, as well as lost or stolen packages.
CUSTOMS / ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
Customers must manage their own delivery acceptance based on their chosen delivery method. Any parcel re-delivery must be organized and financed by the customer. If shipping from internationally, be aware that any import taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility. Consult your local customs office for potential duties or taxes.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Ensure you provide the accurate shipping address when placing your order. We will not offer refunds or replacements for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
RETURN TO SENDER
If a parcel is automatically returned to us by the postal service, our returns department will get in touch to discuss redelivery. Please note, we do not offer refunds for parcels returned to us.
ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE
Our local and international couriers provide online tracking tools. We urge customers to utilize these tools. Nasalite isn't liable for delivery failures by these couriers. While we're here to assist, we can't offer refunds in such circumstances.
